**Return/Exchange policy**

100% products inspection system.

Special Note :
Please check carefully whether the package is seals intact or it had been opened. If you found out any abnormal from the package, please consult with the staff of the Express and opening the package in person at once. Whether the good in package have been damaged or lost, please refuse to sign for the shipment and immediately contact us, therewith we will deal with the Express. If you sign with the Express after package with less cargo or crushed empty package, that mean you acknowledge and agree to bear all loss by yourself.

7 days exchange policy

We offer the exchange policy for defective product(s) bought directly from LOFT@hk within 7 days from the date you received the shipment under the following terms and conditions. We can only exchange defective product(s) that are purchased from Loft@hk and we will not be liable for purchase of wrong product.
Please have below informations ready when you call at (852) 3101-9301 or email (sales@loft.com.hk) or MSN (sales@loft.com.hk) or Skype (loft.hk_sales) to our customer service department for speedy service.

Terms and Conditions

General for all products:

  1. Before all returns sent back to LOFT@hk Hong Kong office must be with our prior authorization, i.e., Return Merchandise Authorization number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

  2. All Returned items must be in their original packaging, including manuals, accessories and etc. Thereafter, please send your merchandise to the following address. The incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.

  3. All return items with defective may repair or exchange that's subject to the right of LOFT@hk.

  4. Defective item may exchange or repair up to our decision.

  5. LOFT@hk may use standard international mail to re-shipping the goods.

  6. LOFT@hk is not responsible for the items lost during return shipping. We strongly recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail to ensure that it reaches us.

  7. LOFT@hk reserves the right to change our return policies & reject any exchange request for any reason without prior notice. Our decision will be final if there is any dispute.
